Our Story
How Realtor Rose Rentals began.
Rose and Brad first met in 2020 while Brad was building his house in Northern Michigan. At the time, Rose was renovating Park Place and had posted a free hot water heater, which Brad picked up. That simple exchange marked the beginning of their story.
They reconnected in 2022 through a thoughtful trade—Rose sharing fresh goat milk and Brad sharing homemade maple syrup. Their friendship quickly grew into a relationship, and they were engaged in 2023.
Rose and Brad married in 2024 and welcomed their daughter, Ruby, the same year. Because of this journey, Park Place is deeply sentimental to their family. Together, they completed Park Place and The Huntress Lodge, creating welcoming spaces they are proud to share with guests.
